Hi there! My name is Robyne Beaubien and I am passionate about empowerment and change. More specifically, I love seeing people, places, and organizations thrive and accomplish big goals.
Lucky for me – and potentially for you – that is what I do for a living.
In a broad stroke, I lead leaders. I don’t believe in doing things FOR people — I believe in finding creative solutions to challenges; teaching and training people how to work smarter; and working with people to create stronger communities.
In a nutshell, I am a coach, trainer and public speaker. I work with communities, people, organizations, businesses and agencies. I have a series of processes for building core values, branding, planning, and building relationships with a track record of success. I create customized training for leaders and certifications. I speak at state and national conferences.
Personal Coaching – I am a certified Life Coach and love working one-on-one with professionals to create strategies for success. Life mapping, time management, project juggling and personality types are some of the key sessions people book with me for professional and personal development.
Organizational Coaching – I specialize in nonprofits and walk with groups through all phases of organizing, implementing and evaluating organizations that strengthen communities. I also do team building workshops and help craft organizational messaging.
Community Coaching – I lead communities through a variety of services including branding, marketing, tourism development, events (development/implementation/evaluation), social media strategies, communications, and relationship building.
